Abstract

The article exposes how the methods of pig production are established in a producing family of the Vereda Caldas, identifying the management that occurs within this productive sector, thus showing the factors of nutrition and care of the pigs for the optimization in production in search of improving economic, conservation and health aspects where quality standards are established, where the family aims to seek sustainability of the productive sector by establishing and appropriating agroecological production methods
